GWO Training Options

  • BST and BST(R)- Online Blended

    $800 for the full class or only $600 for your Refresher. The Auxilius GWO BST online blended learning course allows you to take the practical portion online at your own pace and place. Once complete com finish your GWO BST with only 2 days in class at our facility in Indiana.

  • BST & ART Combined

    Utilizing the online learning platform now wind techs can complete their FULL BST & ART in just 5 in class days. No weekends or staying over for the next week. Start class on Monday and be headed home by Friday afternoon. Get your training today for only $2,000!

  • GWO Team Training

    Varying windaID expiration dates can be hard to organzie for your blade or MCE team. Work with Auxilius to send your teams through at a discounted rate. Use our onlined learning to save on travel and per diem costs by reducing the number of days needed to in class.


BST Blended Learning Expectations

Blended learning. Some things to know. After signing up, you must complete your online blended learning and be at Auxilius for your practical training within 28 days. We prefer no more than 3 weeks. Essentially if you sign up and start on the 5th, your online needs to be done and you need to be in class by the 26th of the month.

During sign-up you will provide your name, WindaID, and payment method. Once the deposit is made, you will be given a login and password for our online learning platform. Fill out the necessary Global Wind Organisation paper work and then get started. We request at least one (1) week between the online and in person. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us.

Monday
- 8am class starts, intro, paperwork, facility tour
- 9am - Online and theoretical review
- 10am - Manual Handling
- 1pm - Lunch provided
- 2pm - Fire awareness
- 3pm - Break for the day

Tuesday
-  8am - stretch, reviews, start with Manual Handling
-  11am - Lunch provided and catered
-  12pm - stretch and prep for Working at Heights
-  4pm - review and wind down

Wednesday
-  8am - Another day in paradise, morning warm-up
-  9am - Basement rescue process
-  12pm - Local lunch break catered
-  1pm - Nacelle rescue process and techniques
-  4pm - Break for the day or addn’l reps 

Thursday
-  8am - Review and refresh of the 3 days & coffee
-  9am - Tower advanced rescue
- 11am - Lunch at Agave Mexican
- 12pm - Back after it with hub instruction
- 4pm - Open instruction and practice (if desired)

Friday
-  8am - Coffee, gear inspection, open questions
-  9am - Inside blade rescue technique
- 11am - Last lunch of the week
- 12pm - Tower basement scenarios
- 3pm - Paperwork, questions, reviews
- 4pm - On the road!
